Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and support to the Group support function team (eg. Company Secretarial);
• Perform clerical work such as filling, maintaining relevant records, email correspondence, etc.;
• Liaise with internal departments on project assigned;
• Assist in preparing materials for board / board committees’ / shareholders’ meetings;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate/Diploma or above in any discipline, Corporate Governance is preferred;
• 1 year of working experience in clerical role;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, etc.;
• Energetic, self-motivated and a good team player;
• Detail-oriented, mature, self-motivated and enable to solve problems in logical and practical approach;
• Fresh Graduate is also welcomed.
