Human Resources Department carries out a full range of human resource management functions including policy development, staff recruitment, promotion, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, training and career development. We are looking for a meticulous candidate to join our Overseas Office Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round HR support to the team to ensure a smooth operation
• Assist in coordinating staff mobility
• Responsible for staff administration and related HR matters in a professional and timely manner for overseas offices
• Maintain the employee data in HR/various systems and ensure the staff information is appropriately updated
• Handle general enquiries from both internal and external parties
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3-5 years' working experience preferably gained in human resources, office administration or other related functions
• Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• A mature person with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word-processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
