Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the staff leave record management and timesheet management plus the related report compilation;
• Support daily HR activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation as well as employee engagement;
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS and personal files system;
• Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures;
• Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Team.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 1 year human resources experience in sizable organizations;
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus;
• Positive, organized and detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
