Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting input, debit notes issuance and accounts payables
• Handle the enquiries raised by customers and vendors on debit notes and invoices
• Assist in month-end closing process and maintain up-to date accounting record
• Provide routine supports to co-workers and Department Manager
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Non-tertiary education with LCC Inter Cert or Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent or Bachelor degree with at least 1-2 year working experience in Accounting field
• Experience of using FLEX system is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong sense of responsibility and high level of accuracy
• Details-oriented, willing to learn, hardworking
• A good team player
• Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
