 Responsibilities: 

• Report to immediate superior or the senior manager
• Mainly responsible for accounts payable duties including preparation of vouchers, journals and daily payments by issuing cheques or bank transfers, etc
• Daily communication with suppliers and to reconcile statements of account before execution of payments
• Assist in preparing schedules and bank reconciliations
• Maintain a complete and accurate book-keeping record in the accounting system
• Assist in month-end closing
• Provide other supports to the department
• Other ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accountancy or equivalent 
• At least 2 years hands-on work experience in accounting/finance or equivalent
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing; experience in MYOB and/or Yonyou would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and people's skills
• Positive, a good team player, willing to learn and contribute to the team towards the success of the Company
• Immediately available is highly preferred
