Job Description
職責:
- 負責處理應付 (支票, 電匯, 轉賬等), 應收開發票, 協助月結及年結工作, 小型公司全盤賬,
- 會計數據輸入, 會計文檔整理，速遞, 及上司委派的其他工作
資歷:
- 中五或以上程度, 持 LCC 中級證書, 2-3年經驗, 懂 excel, 中文打字, 懂會計軟件
- 主動學習, 細心，勤奮, 獨立
Job Description
- Handle payment invoices, prepare and arrange paymentsand fund transfer (cheques, TT, on-line banking, etc.)
- Monitor the AP payment status
- Issue Sales invoices and other AR works
- Prepare full set account for small companies
- Assist in month end closing works (bank rec, schedule, etc.)
- Assist annual audit works (schedule etc.)
- Vouchers Input, Account data entry, Filing, Courier, etc.
- Jobs assigned by manager
Job Requirement
- Form 5 with LCCI Intermediate level or above
- 2 – 3 years or above relevant experience
- Have full set experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS office, particularly in Excel, Chinese data input
- Knowledge of Accounting software is a plus
- Positive attitude, mature, detail oriented, active and independently
