Job Description
Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, month-end closing, financial reports and schedules
- Responsible for daily accounting operations, including review subordinate’s vouchers, cash management, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation, fixed assets register etc.
- To assist in preparation of audit schedules and statistic reports
- To undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge in formula like VLOOKUP, Sum if, Pivot table, etc.
- Hands on experiences with computerized accounting system preferably Flex System
- Demonstrate a pleasant character, helpful and team works
- Self-motivated and can work independently
