Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable – Processing payment received from customers, update customer payment record in the system, issuing invoices & receipts, prepare payment outstanding reports and follow up with customers in timely manner
• Accounts Payable – Issuing cheques, preparing online payment, update payment record in system
• Treasury – Preparing daily cash reports to keep track of bank balances, cash-in and cash-out, preparing bank reconciliation schedules
• Book Keeping – Posting journal entries, prepare Intercompany balances reconciliation, prepare schedules for month end and year end closing
• Support ad-hoc assignments and assist in administrative work of the finance department

 Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting / Finance
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Accounting Officer role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Experience with MYOB accounting software is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Cantonese
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Responsible and able to work overtime to meet tight reporting deadlines
• Immediate available will be an advantage
