Job Description
Requirements:
- Min 3 years credit control and collection experience (supervise 1 junior)
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Experience in insurance industry is highly preferred
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work with high accuracy
- Manage collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts and sending follow-ups
- Supervise daily accounting transactions including but not limited to bank reconciliation, accounts payable / receivable and general ledger
- Assist in month end closing, and preparing accounting schedules, statutory return and monthly management report
- Support general administration, hotlines and ad-hoc issue
Work location: Wan Chai
