Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US listed multinational company
- Fashion garment brand owner, designer, manufacturer and marketer
- We own several international fashion brands as well as operate several licensed brands
- Hong Kong office : trading and finance office
- We are looking for SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting team of 6-7 members
- Report to Finance Director of Asia Pacific
- Prepare and review the financial and management reports on timely and accurate basis.
- Implement financial and internal controls.
- Engage in cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Responsible for annual reports and HK tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with companies' ordinances, statutory requirements and HK tax legislations.
- Communicate with external parties including auditors, banks and government authorities.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle other ad hoc assignments.
- Qualified CPA with at least 3-5 years working experience on similar position of a MNC.
- Solid experience in accounting, legal compliance and HK tax legislations.
- Experience in working with Big 4 on statutory audit and HK tax filing.
- Experience with an ERP, excellent Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent English in oral and written.
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefit
- Less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
