Job Description

Our client, a sizable reatil Co. is now looking for the candidate to join their team.

The job duties are as follows:

  • Manage HK finance team to perform all aspects of finance and accounting functions in the group, including internal and financial control, tax, audit, treasury, financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Lead ERP utilization improvement project if necessary
  • Provide monthly financial performance review to Management Board ;
  • Lead the preparation of forecast, budget and facilitate strategic decision making ;
  • Provide management analysis to align with business objectives ;
  • Review and re-engineer the business processes of different functional departments to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, internal control, and risk management
  • Liaise with business units and senior management to provide sound advice on technical accounting and Group policy requirements
  • Supervise and review tax-related activities, including planning, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Prepare ad-hoc projects and reports
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent ;
  • 8 -10 years finance or accounting experience at supervisory level or above, preferably in retail companies and with audit experience ;
  • Familiar to ERP environment;
  • Business level spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin) ;
  • Multi-tasking, good team player, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently ;
  • Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel & Power-point. Knowledge in Vlookup and Pivot Table is an advantage ;
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferred ;
