• Working Hour: Mon to Fri AM (09:00-13:00) / PM (14:00-18:00) or any other office hour period by negotiation

Job Duties

• Daily accounting input, including AR/AP, invoicing and general accounting duties;
• Preparation of Cheque Payment
• Preparing periodical reports base on accounting system and other spreadsheets;
• Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing;
• Assist in handling administrative works;
• Prepare ad-hoc assignment from time to time assigned by Manager.

Requirements

• LCC&I Level 2 (or equivalent qualification)
• 2 years relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel.
• Mature, self-motivated, independent, responsible and good communication skills
