Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling bank reconciliations and payable functions
• Prepare vouchers, filings and expense reimbursement
• Daily data entry to maintain the accurateness of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings
• Assist in prepare monthly analysis report
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 year working experience in Accounting field
• Details minded and organized
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and SAP/Cargowise accounting 
• Good command on both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
