Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Report to Chairman of the Audit Committee;
- Conduct periodic audits on the Group’s operations from business, financial, compliance and operational perspectives;
- Review the Group’s operations, conduct risk assessments and make recommendations on proper risk management to achieve business objectives;
- Perform due diligence for targeted projects;
- Formulate and implement risk management, ESG plans and reports;
- Work closely with management to build a sound system of internal controls;
- Assist the Board of Directors to ensure sound & effective internal controls and maintain Corporate Governance at all times.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
- 4-6 years work experience in CPA or internal audits;
- Familiar with the listing rules & statutory requirements in Hong Kong;
- Qualified accountant or member of HKICPA preferred;
- Independent and self-motivated;
- Excellent communication skill with strong business acumen and able to deal with top executives at BOD level;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and be able to communicate in Mandarin.
