We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our group for the following position:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operation, including voucher and data entry and filing
• Prepare monthly financial reports, process and recording AP and expense reimbursement transactions
• Assist other accounting team member to perform other daily accounting duties
• Assist in financial analysis
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

•        Higher Diploma or above in accounting related discipline
•        1-2 years of accounting/audit experience in any field is an advance (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
•        Good experience of handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts
•        Proficiency in MS Office (Good in Excel) and experiences in using accounting system such as Peachtree is preferred
•        Able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy, mature and self- motivated
•        Ability to anticipate needs or problems, can- do attitude and think outside the box and proactively offer solutions
•        Be responsible, communicate well with people at all levels
•        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•        Immediately available is preferred.
