Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of timely accurate monthly management reports and all financial information for the management board and the shareholders
  • Cash-flow management & optimization
  • Internal and financial control, tax, audit, treasury, financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Provide monthly financial performance review to Management Board 
  • Lead the preparation of forecast, budget and facilitate strategic decision making
  • Supervise and review tax-related activities, including planning, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Lead new ERP implementation & data migration project
  • Review & streamline E-Commerce/Retail shop daily operation
  • Liaise with external parties including bankers, auditors and system providers
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key internal including senior management
  • Provide sound advice on financial, accounting and Group policy and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
  • 8 -10 years finance or accounting experience at supervisory level or above, preferably in retail companies and with audit experience
  • Knowledge experience in ERP system migration or upgrade
  • Good in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Multi-tasking, good team player, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Excel & hands on experience in ERP/Accounting system
  • Positive attitude and good team player, be able to effectively communicate with different internal customers to ensure positive outcome
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferred ;
