Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Finance Department for various financial and management reports
• Assist in periodical financial closing and routine accounting functions
• Assist in preparing monthly forecast and annual budget
• Prepare presentation and relevant materials for management meeting
• Database management to make sure all finance master data and mappings are updated and good to use by the stakeholders
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
• Team player with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, strong sense of ownership, result-oriented, detail-minded and committed to deadline
• Analytic mind and a desire to learn and partner with the business
• Able to perform in rapid changing and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS office application; especially on Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
