Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily loan operation from application, credit assessment to loan disbursement, and ensure it is complying with the ordinance, AML/CFT & compliance policy
• Perform an independent assessment on credit proposals, evaluate & assess the risks factors & provide recommendations to the management
• Handle portfolio management including repayment monitoring, refinancing, credit review, and regularly reporting
• Liaise with external and internal parties for loan-related issue to meet the tight deadline
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and business partners
• Manage loan system and operational manual
• Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• 3-years’ experience in loan operation from money lender or banking industry
• Proactive, able to work independently & mature
• Time management skill
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Credit Officer.**
