Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operation with full set of accounts experience is preferable
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly schedules, management reporting and financial analysis
• Prepare and review inventory and costing related report and verify the cause of cost variance and take appropriate actions
• Work closely with internal parties to ensure operation related issues are reconciled in the system
• Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Support the year-end closing and other ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experiences, preferably gained in trading / manufacturing industry with experience in costing and capex analysis
• Be responsible, willing to learn and hardworking
• Positive attitude, mature, detailed and organized, highly independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility is required
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
