Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, consolidated profit & loss, balance sheet, financial statements, month-end closing and ad hoc reports
• Co-operate with overseas finance teams to provide monthly management reports for management review and decision
• Handle inter-company transactions for fund transfer and payment
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and overseas countries
• Assist in overseeing financial operations and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with the external auditors during the interim and year-end audit, ensure proper accounting records and financial reporting standards are followed
• Responsible for all tax and other statutory returns
• Liaise with the Census and Statistics Department and bankers
• Handle full range of company secretarial duties and statutory / regulatory compliance matters

Requirements

• University graduate
• Pursuing full membership of professional bodies like HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, etc.
• Experience user of Epicor and system implementation
• 2-3 years solid experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Experience in auditing
• Knowledge of company secretarial duties would be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail minded, well-organized, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure independently
• Immediate available will be an advantage
