Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Performance Management Department
- To compile, process and maintain accounts payable records
- To maintain fixed assets register of the Bank
- To provide administrative support to ensure effective & efficient office operations
- To assist in handling other ad hoc assignments from time to time
Requirements
- University graduate major in accounting or related discipline
- At least one year experience in banking / accounting covering and handling payment/ accounts payable
- Good understanding of bank’s payment operations and ledger booking
- Experience in fixed asset management systems is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable but not essential
- Good communication skills and risk awareness
- Willing to work under pressure
