An internationally renowned Multi National Corporation and an industry leader with multiple award-winning brands under the Group. They have a strong global presence and is immediately recognised. With the progressive business expansion and new group direction, they are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager - Accounting & Finance to be responsible for the Accounting & Finance matters for their Hong Kong office.

Job Description

• As the Head of Finance Hong Kong and report to the Regional CFO and Country MD.
• Lead a sizable finance team of 10 and ensuring smooth functioning of the team.
• Responsible for month end closing, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and identify key drivers of variances with commentary.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations such as Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, Cash flow forecast, system maintenance, payment processes, etc.
• Responsible for quarterly and annual report and ensure they are in compliance with IFRS.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g. tax advisor, external auditor, shared service centre)
• Identify internal control deficiencies and streamline business processes and workflow
• Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary.

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent is a MUST
• ACCA / CPA qualified or equivalent
• At least 12+ years of relevant commercial experience with audit experience preferred.
• Leadership experience with a team of 8 -10 is required.
• Working experience in renowned MNC will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in sizable and complex businesses, excel (pivot table, VBA) and great communication skills.
• Candidates with experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365, Tagetik or Data Visualisation Tools (Power BI / Tableau) is highly advantageous. 
• Fluency in English, Cantonese is essential to this role.
