Job Description

Asia-based family office is looking for Finance Manager to lead their finance team.

About the Role

  • Lead the team to perform accounting, treasury and cash management operations, including cash flow projection, cash pooling, deposit placement and fund arrangement according to company policies
  • Manage and prepare management reports, cash flow analysis, budget variance report and financial analysis for management's review to support strategic decisions
  • Take a key role in budgetary control and monitor the Company's liquidity position
  • Liaise with local and overseas banks for banking facilities and oversee all aspects of bank account management including signing arrangement and execution of internet banking transactions
  • Work closely with internal Accounts and Investment team to prepare consolidated reports and ensure all payments and cash balance reconciliations are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with recognized professional Qualification
  • At least 8 years' experience in treasury/ accounting, with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in funding transactions or treasury operations
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
