Responsibilities：

• Handle the accounting entries of the company and its subsidiaries and to develop and improve the accounting, financial, auditing and internal control management systems of the Company;
• Submit FRR and annual audited financial statements to SFC;
• Prepare and monitor enforcement of annual budget, monthly financial statements and consolidation financial statements;
• Prepare financial analysis, internal management reports and all financial analysis reports;
• Handle tax issues, accounts receivables and payables, client fund deposit and withdrawal, and annual auditing;
• Responsible for fund management, monitor liquid capital position;
• Assist with Investment services department to jointly monitor the credit status of margin clients.
• Liaise with tax authority, auditors, banks and SFC on finance related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in accounting and finance, qualified accountant or members;
• 3-4 years accounting and finance relevant experiences in investment banks or securities brokerage firms, familiar with accounting rules and regulations of securities business, familiar with accounting systems and back office system;
• Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude.
