Job Scope

• Office admin works:
  • Workplace housekeeping, including: arranging maintenance service or repair to office equipment, ordering office supplies.
  • Buy gifts to business partners.
  • Arrange group lunch, dinner, celebration or yearly overseas trip.
  • Preparing quotation, invoice as instructed by directors.
  • Monitoring digital document filing system.
• Handle human resources works with our HR staff: Follow up attendance, leave records, project task time entries and recruitment activities.
• Handle accounting operations with our accounting staff:
  • We use self-service claims system to employees' expenses, just check if auto reimbursement is correct or not bimonthly.
  • Arrange payments to suppliers as instructed by directors monthly.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to handle multi-tasks independently, positive problem solving mind.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
• No fear to technologies.
• Diploma or above in any discipline. Diploma in Accounting/ Human Resources/ Business Administration will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage.
