Job Description
The Job
- Review and approve sales journals and upload to accounting system
- Check the revenue in POS and Opera systems against the actual revenue (from credit ard record, cheque / cash receipt, etc.)
- Liaise with various departments (including Hotel, F&B outlets and other Group Finance teams) for operation matters and answer their enquiry
- Ensure revenue, various discount and promotion are correctly recorded in the accounting record
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
The Requirement
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years' accounting / income audit experience, experience gained in Hotel / F&B industry is an advantage
- Be responsible, willing to learn, hard-working and good communication skills
- Knowledge in Opera/POS is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
