Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle outgoing payments which include cheque, bank transfer and e-banking payments in compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare vouchers and record payment transactions
- Process and record cheque deposits and other collections
- Generate reports related to payments and collections
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines, holder of professional qualification is an advantage
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience, experience in Treasury is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Accounts Clerk
- Immediate available is highly preferred
