JOB SUMMARY

This Senior FP&A Analyst assists the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia in planning, budgeting and analysis of Asia Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail and E-commerce businesses and participates in ad hoc projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlight key trends, drivers and issues for senior management’s review
• Standardize management reports across the region and ensure compliance with group policies
• Work closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Liaise and work closely with HK, China and US counterparts on all reporting and planning matters
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and work on special projects as needed

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years in financial planning in MNC, preferably in Retail industry
• Experienced in regional role, preferably related to APAC
• Strong excel and modeling skills
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Excellent written and communications skills in English and Chinese are required
• Proactive, detail minded and strong analytical skill
