Reporting to Financial Controller, the Assistant Accountant position is responsible for processing all accounting transactions, reports and operations.

We are currently seeking a high-caliber to join us and to cope with our rapid expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing all accounting transactions, cash flow, budgeting and prepare financial reports for the Manager
• Involved in all finance issues including monitoring internal control, cash flow control, budgeting and all financial reports of the company
• Ensure the smooth-running of invoice process, vendor management, accounts payable and receivable as well as inter-company transactions
• Review and monitor management report and budget prepared by overseas office
• Monitor the accuracy and quality of regular reports and analysis data provided for Manager
• Provide financial insight to Manager for decision making, problem solving and better operating performance of our business
• Review daily treasure report
• Identify variance against actual vs forecast and vs budget or prior forecast
• Consolidate and prepare monthly management reports and quarterly forecast
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• 3 years relevant professional experience in accounting or auditing position
• Student member of HKICPA /ACCA /CPAA or other relevant professional bodies
• Familiar with accounting standards and rules of HK
• Solid hands-on experience in internal controls, consolidation, financial and management reporting
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong leadership, mature, independent, self-motivated and good analytical skills
• Strong communication skill, and willing to accept new challenge
