Responsibilities:

• To provide Hong Kong and China valuation works including market research, analysis and report preparation;
• To conduct site inspections and collect property information from various sources;
• To conduct site inspections (when necessary) and collect information from various market and company specific sources relating to the valuation exercises;
• Required to perform valuation tasks on an individual basis and to report to Team Headt; and
• Required to travel to China.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines;
• Experienced candidate with qualification such as Qualified Professional General Practice Surveyor or equivalent (MHKIS or MRICS) will be considered as Manager;
• Good computer proficiencies and sound analytical skills;
• Diligent, self-motivated, good team player, and able to work independently within a tight schedule; and
• Proficiencies in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
