Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable on tuition fees and accounts payable
- Update AP & AR transactions
- Prepare monthly aged debt reports
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Tertiary education in accounting with minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting field
- Hands-on experience in handling accounts receivable / accounts payable
- Proficiency in MS office, equipped with fast data input skills
- Initiative, good problem solving skill and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure, patient and a team player
- Good communications skill
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Experience in education institute or MNCs will be an advantage
