Responsibilities

• A new warehouse business unit will be independently operated which requires an energetic incumbent to oversee the finance operation;
• Prepare and review 1) monthly financial statements and variance analysis 2) weekly forecast 3) cash flow forecast 4) account receivables analysis 5) monitor KPIs of warehouse operation;
• Credit approval and monitor debt collection from local customers, overseas inter-companies and agents.
• Monitor and ensure the internal controls of business processes;
• Improve and streamline the existing business platform where appropriate;
• Manage all payroll related matters and returns;
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and service providers;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required
  
  

• Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline;
• Minimum 6-year experience from accounting background with solid experience in warehouse accounting, operation and related matters;
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal control;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, independent, stable with strong sense of integrity and responsibility;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Knowledge of the warehouse application and “Multiable” HR system is a definite advantage.
• Overseas travelling to our Asian offices are required.
