Job Description:

• The work of this role is as a professional business goalkeeper.
• Setup internal control and process improvement function
• Management reporting and internal control compliance reviews
• Carry out investigations, special projects, and any ad hoc assignments
• Identify and analyze the risks, propose and set up various checkpoints/framework, perform control activities on company policies and procedures, and guarantee they are sustainable with business continuity and development
• Participate in ERP / accounting data enhancement
• Work closely with team to review and consolidate data submitted by subsidiaries to prepare monthly consolidated management reports
• Report to CFO / CEO, work with all departments in identifying potential risk areas, understanding and assessing the magnitude of the impact of such risk areas and the likelihood of occurrence; then advise and work with departments in building up relevant policies, guidelines, controls and workflow in managing those identified risks
• Assist and work with external auditors on audit assignments.

• A qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)/ Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) is highly preferred
• Knowledge in logistics company, freight forwarding, ecommerce is an advantage
• Knowledge in company secretarial and law is an advantage
• At least 7 years' audit and/ or internal control working experience, with at least 2 years' commercial and supervisory work experience (freight forwarding, logistics business and ecommerce. High-tech warehousing is a plus)
• Problem-solving oriented, navigating ambiguity with strategies, and high adaptability
