Job duties:

• Responsible for clerical duties of accounts department;
• Close liaison with business units and other departments on budget, forecast and cost control;
• Performing data entry, filing and bookkeeping tasks;
• Preparing payments and verifying invoices according to company's policy and procedures;
• Handling ad-hoc assignments and other duties.

Requirements:

• Accounting related education or qualification (LCC Diploma or above) will be an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese and English word processing;
• Good communication skills, able to work and interface well with personnel at various levels;
• Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
