3 DAYS per WEEK FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE  

• Diploma LCC II (Intermediate)  or equivalent Diploma 
• Data Input, Issue cheque & prepare online banking payment & file expense vouchers, prepare month-end bank reconciliation.
• Independently handle full set of Company account books
• Prepare  P&L, A/R & A/P reports & budget analysis for Director 
• knowledge for Company Registry & Property related works for Director 
• Past experience in working for  TRADING is advantage; especially focused on Garment export   
• Proficient in PC operation for Quikbooks, & MS Office Excel, Word etc.
• Co-ordinate with an external auditing firm to handle all Company tax-related matters
• Able to provide Admin support work for the office    
• Mature & well organized and able to meet deadlines
• Good English speaking & writing  is required 
• Immediately available to start work preferable
