Responsibility:

1. responsible for the construction of equity investment management system of international companies.
2.Responsible for the implementation and organization of property rights management, equity disposal, equity post-investment management related policies, regulations and special work requirements.
3.Responsible for organizing and formulating equity investment and financing plans, annual investment plans and budgets of international companies.
4.Responsible for digital platform construction and iterative optimization.
Responsible for the regular statistics, analysis, summary and report of the company"s equity investment information .
5.Responsible for assisting equity investment projects in due diligence, evaluation and demonstration, forming feasibility plans and other specific work.
6.Other work assigned by leader.

Qualification Required:
1. Professional knowledge: Major in accounting or business administration management, familiar with the China's fiscal and taxation system.
2.Professional skills: Proficient in using the ERP and Hyperion system and office software. With digital background or familiar with system development is preferred
3.Working experience：3 and more years of work experience relating to the communication industry. Outstanding candidate with less experience will also be considered.
4.Good work ethic.
5.Good at communication and work under stress.
6.Passionate about financial work, good team spirit and learning ability.
7.Professional skills: Candidate with CICPA, HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA certificate is preferred. Proficient in using the ERP ，Hyperion system and office software. Good command of English as working language.
8.Be capable of English reading and writing.
