One of the sizable HK listed consumer business is looking for a Treasury Manager to join their high performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Treasury, this position will manage the day-to-day banking and cash management function across border, reporting and compliance
• Arrange funding and banking facilities with HK banks to support different business initiatives
• Analyze and evaluate different treasury products and proposals to maximize the Group's funding efficiency in line with the Group's risk appetite and policies/ guidelines
• Review loan documents and oversee the loan covenants/undertakings requested by the lenders
• Streamline and review workflow and procedure of treasury operations in compliance with various internal controls and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years of treasury experience in sizable company, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing business
• Familiar with treasury products, loan terms and structures, cash flow forecast and management reporting
• Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment for effective decision making
• Self motivated team leader with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
