To support RGP's continuous growth, we have immediate openings in our Hong Kong practice for Credit Risk & Control professionals who are passionate in business consulting, innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented.

Your key responsibilities

• Formulate and establish credit risk and control policy and procedures to align with business objectives and manage credit risks
• Communicate the policies and procedures to affected parties, e.g. Sales 
• Orchestrate and manage credit assessment on customers and/or franchisees and advise on the credit terms
• Assist in identifying credit risk related issues and coordinating issues resolution management 
• Produce key management reports and respond to ad hoc requests by managing consumer credit risk reporting resources whenever necessary

• Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance or relevant disciplines, with professional qualification, such as CPA and ACCA, is preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in carrying out credit assessment on customers and/or franchisees and advise on the credit terms
• Proven track records in formulating and implementing credit risk and control policy and procedures, particularly for the business-to-business and/or franchise business, is highly preferred
• Strong credit sense and judgment skills
• Advanced computer skills in MS Excel 
• High energy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a customer focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-minded, analytical and organized
• Mature, able to work under minimal supervision 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
