Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and procurement of office supplies and equipment; arrange RFQ or tender when necessary
• Perform outdoor search works for special items if necessary
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of delivery
• Verify invoices to ensure accuracy of the bills
• Maintain proper inventory in central stores and update the related records
• Arrange packing and distribution of supplies when necessary
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to multi-tasking and meet deadlines as assigned
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications, particularly in MS Excel

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
