Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors in a good manner and arranging mailing orders and courier services
• Maintain the daily operations of the reception area and meeting rooms
• Handle clerical duties and assist in administrative works such as stationary ordering, maintenance of the office facilities and equipment etc.
• Provide secretarial support to the Senior Management
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, with 1-2 years’ administration experience or relevant experience is preferable;
• Able to handle multi-tasks, good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize task
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
