Job Description
Responsibility:
Requirements:
- Handle the operation of compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, tax filing, MPF administration, benefits enrolment and termination, and leave administrations
- Prepare the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices
- Coordinate full recruitment cycle
- Coordinate annual evaluation, salary and bonus review
- Assist in other HR operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years Hedge Fund/PE fund background working experience is a must
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
- Detail-oriented, organised, good team player with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
