Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR cycle for employees including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relation and related process
• Arrange work permit / work visa application for overseas employees
• Personnel database and personal files maintenance for shore and personnel
• Administer Retirement plans (MPF, ORSO) for shore personnel of the Hong Kong office.
• Discipline documentation for shore employees of the Company
• Assist in ad hoc project

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 year or above relevant experience in Human Resources is preferred
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other HR legislations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Be able to communicate and work efficiently with different levels of staff
• Strong administration, interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated and a team-player
• Be able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
