Job Description

BancLogix is a young and dynamic company that develops financial services software for KVB and clients in the wider financial market in Hong Kong, China and worldwide. As we are growing and developing there is a huge opportunity for you to take on senior responsibility, develop skills in multiple areas and influence the direction we take as a software development company.

In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidate for this position based in our Hong Kong office.

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, orientation arrangement, etc;
  • Maintain HR related records, including staff movement and staff personnel records in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Provide administrative support to HR team in handling complex and confidential business activities as well as arranging meetings, schedules, travel itineraries and related logistics;
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or disciplines;
  • 3 years’ working experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions, office administration and relocation. Preferably with background in financial or retail industry;
  • Solid experience in recruitment will be an advantage;
  • Good command in English and Mandarin;
  • Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time;
  • Hardworking, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administrative Officer
