The Client:

The Job: 

• Provide HR advisory services and support to the Business Unit in areas of resources planning, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, succession planning and staff engagement etc.
• Perform HR analytics which facilitates making of informed decisions on people strategies, policies and initiatives
• Handle and administrate budget and forecast in terms of manpower planning
• Prepare recruitment reports to evaluate and enhance the hiring effectiveness

Requirements

• Degree holder majoring in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR relationship management or resourcing, preferably in IT/digital media/social media industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and Labour Ordinances, other regulatory practices
• Good understanding of HR and business practices and trends in the market
• Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
