Responsibilities:

• Perform C&B functions including but not limited to payroll calculation, final payment, attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF, medical scheme and Employer's Tax Return
• Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
• Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
• Assist in handling employees' compensation case
• Assist in HRIS implementation & UAT
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 1 -2 years relevant experience in sizable organization with focus on compensation & benefits
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, independent and open minded
• A good team member and able to communicate wth staff of all levels
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in using SAP will be a definite advantage
• Immediately available will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
