JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting reference check, etc
• Organize recruitment events, such as career talk, job fair, cooperation with academic institutions
• Coordinate employee activities such as orientation, training session and workshops
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports
• Maintain and update employee information
• Prepare the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices and ensure procedures meet business needs and are in compliance with laws and regulations
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience
• Ambitious and result-oriented
• Effective and efficient interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast-paced, open-minded and energetic
• Able to work independently under high pressure
