Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder
- 3-4 years experience in secretarial and administrative support
- Experience in travel arrangement, preferably in multinational companies
- Well-organized, cheerful, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Perform office administration and secretarial duties on daily smooth operation
- Responsible for appointment scheduling, meetings and conference coordination
- Handle travel arrangement, hotel & flight booking and itineraries arrangement
- Support on insurance & contract renewal and organizing company activities
- Maintain company database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
