Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder
• 3-4 years experience in secretarial and administrative support
• Experience in travel arrangement, preferably in multinational companies
• Well-organized, cheerful, energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform office administration and secretarial duties on daily smooth operation
• Responsible for appointment scheduling, meetings and conference coordination
• Handle travel arrangement, hotel & flight booking and itineraries arrangement
• Support on insurance & contract renewal and organizing company activities
• Maintain company database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
