Job Description & Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to Recruiter on hiring activities 
• Provide support to the team on administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks 
• Coordinate interview appointments, collecting interviewer and candidates' feedbacks and availabilities 
• Maintain accurate data of interview appointments and hiring actives
• Liaising with relevant departments and clients

Requirements

• You need to be in your final or 2nd last year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree;
• Proficient in MS Office. Experience with using O365 is desirable
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus
• Project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skill
• Mature, independent, well-organized, and self-motivated
• Curiosity and hunger to learn – interest in building their understanding of the firm and its services, and in building their career in the region’s – and the world’s – largest professional services firm.
• Skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Nice to have

• Understanding of professional services firms (either through experience of working in one or by being a client of one)
• Understanding of PwC
