Job Description

The Job
- Collaborate with in-house end-users to resolve daily IT issues
- Co-ordinate with external hardware and software vendors for IT procurement processing support
- Maintenance contract, software license management and renewal
- Hardware and software inventory management
- Secretarial support and any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
The Person
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- I.T or related discipline will be an advantage
- Prior working experiences of handling procurement and external vendors in Enterprise is an advantage
- Good communication, proactive characters and possess good problem-solving skills
- Well organized, self-disciplined, independent but with a good team spirit
- Good time management and able to work independently
- Good command of English and Cantonese, conversant with Mandarin is an advantage
