What are your responsibilities?

• Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR system and performance management
• Responsible for the full process of new joiners’ on boarding arrangement
• Handle employer’s branding and CRS issues
• Assist in supporting employee engagement and improve relationships between the company and employees
• Responsible for driving the planning and scope of internal process, organization changes and modification
• Assist in any ad hoc projects when assigned 

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Candidates with strong relevant HR experience will consider as Senior HR Officer
• Strong computer literacy in MS Office
• Good command in English & Chinese
